Previously running from 1981 to 1991, The Maine Music Awards Hall of Fame Show and Festival returns with a fantastic night of live musical performances and awards. This year’s event will honor Don McLean, Howie Day, Ellis Paul, David Mallett, and many more. Come see some of Maine’s top artists of all-time perform alongside newer talent.

Victoria Mansion and PORTopera invite you to a joint benefit. Meet singers from the PORTopera casts of Rigoletto and Gianni Schicchi and hear them perform a variety of operatic arias and Broadway show tunes in the Mansion’s grand stair hall. FESTIVAL: 42nd Annual Central Maine Egg Festival

Back for another bout of egg-tastic events, the 42nd Annual Central Maine Egg Festival is a four-day-long bonanza of live music, homemade crafts, and food. Each day features a new list of events, ranging from a cheesecake and quiche contest to the grand finale parade. This year’s theme is “egg-wareness, supporting your favorite cause.”

Bursting with rambunctious energy, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is the rip-roaring story of Millie, a young bride living in 1850’s Oregon wilderness. Her plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when the enthusiastic brothers take matters into their own hands.
